Day 1 of this amazing 2-day Elopement in Scotland started in the breathtaking Scottish highlands in Glencoe. This lovely couple traveled here from Germany and began the day by getting ready in their cozy hotel amidst towering mountains.
We then spend the entire day exploring the highlands and hiking through the stunning Glencoe valley, which offered the perfect backdrop for this story. It truly was a day filled with pure adventure and excitement, that even the Scottish rain couldn’t stop.

Edinburgh Elopement
Ceremony in the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh
On the second day, we headed to the scenic city of Edinburgh for their ceremony. Since all of us were huge Harry Potter fans, this was particularly exciting. Through alleys and cobbled streets with iconic landmarks like the Edinburgh Castle as our backdrop, we slowly made our way to the prettiest wedding venue I’ve ever seen.
The heartfelt and intimate ceremony in the library of the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh and especially their amazing first dance was the most perfect end to this incredible Scotland Elopement anyone of us could’ve ever asked for.

How much does an Elopement in Scotland cost?
While the cost of an Elopement in Scotland can vary quite a lot depending on your specific choices, it’s generally still way more affordable than a traditional wedding. The biggest factor in this is your own travel costs, like your flights and accommodation.
